Ernest Weil, founder of Fantasia Confections and author of "Love To Bake" Pastry Cookbook, will be donating profits from the sales of his book to organizations serving children and youth in the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond. In celebration of the book being published, Ernest Weil already made contributions in 2006 to children's organizations chosen by himself, his wife Margot, and their four daughters.
